Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Astroway.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  3. Include the RMA number and your order details with the return package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or services
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
